Molly was raised in Pennsylvania. Her first professional career when she was thirteen in the Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. She portrayed Little Red Ridinghood shortly after performing in Arden Theater s Into the Woods production, for which she won a Barrymore Award nomination. The actress reprised her role as Little Red Ridinghood when she made her Broadway debut at age 15 with Into the Woods on Broadway in 2002. In the same year, she was nominated for a Drama League Award. Molly was in Broadway during the 2004 revival of Fiddler on the Roof. Molly then went to Princeton University where she was a member of the Triangle Club and graduated in 2008 with the degree of a B.A. in Religion. When she was in the university, Molly was the first actress to make her debut on stage with Disney College Road Trip playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly has performed several Off-Broadway shows, including End Days, at Ensemble Studio Theater. She also participated in TV programs like Royal Pains or an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly is a part of several regional productions, including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in the Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre as well as the Westport Country Playhouse's show The Diary of Anne Frank. Molly played Anne. Molly has been a star in a variety of regional productions, such as The Diary of Anne Frank in Westport Country Playhouse's performance in the year 2010.
