Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who performed in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her a degree as a cum laude theatre and Communication. She started her career in Los Angeles as a theater artist. She choreographed and performed in more than 20 musicals and plays. The most notable of these were The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. She also performed seven titles at Los Angeles' Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to land TV and film roles as she learned improvisation, and later became an Theatre West company member. Her unique voice and her petite stature enabled Kelly to come up with many different characters. The most famous character she has played is Naomi Watts' evil Samara from The Ring 2, but her most famous role was as the fun receptionist on Two and a Half Men. From 2011-2015 Kelly worked as a paralegal in the daytime and a party night hopper as a Series regular on The TV Land show The Exes. Additionally, she played the sassy sister of Alyssa on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stressed suburban mom. Her soprano voice has been featured in a variety of cartoons including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recently, she has appeared as the lovable, dim Cloud 9 employees on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. Her private life is one which is quiet with two children younger than five years old. She is a lover of sewing and write and volunteers in various school activities.
