Anne Curtis Smith has received many awards throughout her career. These include two FAMAS Awards she won in the years 2008 and 2009 as well as the Luna Award. In addition to that, Anne Curtis Smith was also nominated for five PMPC Star Awards. The actress was nominated for two Gawad Urian Award. Her father, James Ernest Curtis-Smith got married to Ojales in 1982. Jasmine's younger sister, also an actor, is her father. Clare was diagnosed with an illness of the heart in 2007, when she was only four months old.
