Laura Linney
Laura Linney, born February 5th, 1964 in New York New York U.S.A. is an American actress who is known for her portrayal of tough, yet vulnerable characters. Linney was raised in a family of actors her father was the playwright and writer Romulus Linney. Linney received her degree in 1986 from Brown University in 1986 and then went on to study at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and graduated in the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City 1990. The year 1990 was the year she started in her Broadway career. Her work was highly praised, including the two shows Hedda Gabrieller as well as Six Degrees of Separation.
